The Salt

The Salt is the innovative gastronomic set by KnIndustrie for cooking in a natural way, consisting of a plate of Himalayan Salt, a porcelain baking tray and a bamboo trivet. After heating the plate, place the meat, fish or vegetables for cooking: the healing of the outer surface preserves the natural softness of the food, preventing burning and carbonization processes. The salt penetrates by osmosis, cooking delicately and giving an extraordinary flavor and taste, increasingly intense depending on the cooking duration. Himalayan pink salt, known as "pink diamond", is a precious salt, pure and rich in a very wide spectrum of microelements.
