The Omelette

Practicality and aesthetics come together for a new graphic vision of the mise en place. The Omelette is the name of the new pan by KnIndustrie for preparing omelettes with an attractive square shape that finds inspiration in the traditional Tamagoyaki, a Japanese pan used for preparing egg omelettes and bentos. The Omelette, designed by Lara Caffi, an absolute novelty in the Beyond Basic collection, stands out for its unusual and original shape, radically changing the classic presentation of an omelette. Square in shape, it is made of nickel-free steel suitable for induction with a non-stick coating reinforced with diamond crystals and a Wenge handle. Dimensions: 21 cm (L) x 21 cm (D) x 3 cm (H).
