The Cedar Plank

Cooking on a wooden plank is one of the most popular systems in Scandinavian countries for cooking fish. In collaboration with chef Saulo Della Valle, knIndustrie brings the planking set to the home. The Cedar Plank is composed of a cedar wood plank and an elegant steel tray for serving at the table. Cedar wood releases particular aromas that are absorbed by the fish during the cooking phase. The plank can be used both in the home oven and on the grill and is also suitable for cooking different types of meat.
