Himalayan Salt Plate

Himalayan pink salt, known as "pink diamond", is a fine salt, pure and rich in a very broad spectrum of microelements. After heating the plate, place the meat, fish or vegetables for cooking: the healing of the outer surface preserves the natural softness of the food, preventing burning and carbonization processes. The salt penetrates by osmosis, cooking delicately and giving an extraordinary flavor and taste, increasingly intense depending on the cooking time.
