DIY Ice Cream

DIY Ice Cream is the new ice cream maker by KnIndustrie born from the collaboration with chef Saulo Della Valle. Making ice cream will become a real walk in the park, it's very simple: the table ice cream maker is made up of a Bone China bowl, where you can put ice and salt, a mix that increases the cooling power of the ice itself. Once done, all you have to do is use the other smaller steel bowl, which is used to put the liquid base mixture of the ice cream and which is placed inside the larger bowl. The last step consists of stirring for a few seconds so that the mixture solidifies and creates a portion of instant ice cream! Dimensions: 16 cm (ø).
